Whimsical Wall Hangings & Candle Making Class @ Ciao Candle Bar & Boutique

Join us for a fun and creative event at Ciao Candle Bar & Boutique where you’ll learn how to make your very own wall hanging with Elise Marie Designs and craft your very own non-toxic candle. We will also have signature cocktails provided by Pine & Pour ~ one drink included in ticket!

This is a great class for anyone who wants to learn a new craft, or who wants to add a personal touch to their space! This would be a great night out for a team building activity, birthday party or bachelorette party. We also think it would be a fun summer night out with friends! We hope to see you there!

Wall hangings:

• Learn basic metals used in jewelry knowledge
• Basic jewelry tool knowledge
• Basic wire wrapping skills
• Create a unique wall hanging with materials provided
• This design is inspired by the authentic Indigenous Peoples tradition ~ began with the Ojibway (Chippewa tribe) and was adapted by Indigenous People of many different nations. Traditional dream catchers are intended to protect sleeping people from negative bad dreams, while still letting the positive good dreams come through

Candles:

• Non-toxic
• 6oz candle including cork cover
• Soy-coconut wax blend
• 100% pure essential oils
• Crackling wood wicks
• We've gone the extra length to select recycled materials and sustainably sourced ingredients/components whenever possible. Everything from our labels to stirrers, tray sheets, scent cups, and more are all from eco-conscious sources.

Signature Cocktails:

• Limoncello spritz
• Blood orange sangria
• Cucumber gin & tonic
• Paloma

What to expect:

• By the end of this class, you will be able to create your own wall hanging and non-toxic candle!
• Located inside the Boutique in Ogunquit, ME!
• Each participant will make 1 wall hanging & 1 candle
• One drink provided by Pine & Pour
• You will craft your very own candle from scratch. We will guide you through each step. You'll pick a color vessel you like, select up to 3 scents to blend, mix your own personal scent, build the wick, customize your labels, you can even name your candle - the whole thing!
• While your candle cures, you’ll make your very own wall hanging with instruction from Elise!
• You will leave with digital files of where to buy tools, supplies, and directions.
• All materials and supplies are provided. Just bring good vibes!

Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 3 days in advance of the class date. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.
