Revitalize your energy, steady your mind, support your body, and expand your heart as we gather with other Mamas to practice mindfulness, guided meditation, breath-work, and yoga postures. We will explore self-love, creativity, &amp; self-care practices. Best of all there will soulful connection and laughter with other amazing Mamas.Dedicate time to honor you and your journey as an incredible women and mama. Deepen your practice and build your light through this committed &amp; supported sisterhood.2.5 Hour Workshop Includes-90 minute yoga class (60 minutes active &amp; 30 minutes restorative)that will leave you feeling both energized and grounded.
