PGA professional Hughes is the Head Professional and owner of The Golf Centre, Leicestershire, a premier 20-bay driving range and dedicated coaching center. Over a 15-year career dedicated to teaching, Hughes has coached golfers of all abilities from raw novices to elite amateurs and professionals. 
Hughes specialises in teaching with cutting edge technology including high speed video, pressure mats, launch monitors, and multiple 3D systems. Hughes integrates this technology seamlessly into the everyday coaching environment.
As a recognised speaker, Hughes has previously delivered his seminar ‘Teaching with Technology’ to fellow PGA Professionals all over the world. He has also presented online webinars and the UK’s first Myswing 3D educational seminar called ‘The practical application of teaching with 3D’.
