<LI>Guest speakers Kirsten Vinther and Amelia Ramirez from campus health and wellbeing will be giving a talk concerning topics of : self-care, mental health, and mindfulness. Amelia will be discussing her Be Positive Model for positive self talk with a brief mindfulness and intuitive self care simulation.</LI>
<LI>Free meditation books, stickers, and chocolate will be provided!</LI>
