Learn the theory behind ground mechanics including measuring and analyzing a golfer's pressure, vertical force, and velocity measured by the V1 Pressure mat. We will provide a comprehensive demonstration of the valuable data and video feedback it provides. All instructors are welcome to sign up for one of three 90-minute sessions available:
