You can look forward to...Wellness Activities: Slow down with us and immerse yourself in some yoga, sound baths, massage therapy, DIY bath soaks, dance and more!Retail Therapy: Explore local businesses with products, services, and food tailored to your wellness journey.Group Discussions: Let’s get into it! Join our live recorded discussions about living well and embracing community care.**We'll be switching up the activities, vendors, and discussion topics each month to provide a fresh experience. <h3>We'll be self-caring all summer!</h3>Sunday, August 25 | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.Previous events:Sunday, May 26 | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.Sunday, June 23 | 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. We have activities and fun for everyone, no matter their age.Andddd, we've got some special additions lined up including:*Recognition for moms and mother figures in May,*A big shout-out to dads and father figures in June,*And some extras to celebrate kids (including the kids within us) in August.
