Short easy introductions to popular coaching topics. These are little pockets of time for you to pause, sit-back, listen and reflect. They are purposefully designed to be informative, easy, no-fuss events.

Anyone curious about the topic, or who wants to get a feel for the benefits of coaching.

Do I have to speak?

No. There is no pressure or expectation for you to speak. You can participate in whatever way is most comfortable for you.

How are they delivered?

Via Zoom – a link will be emailed on booking or close to the event.

Are recordings available?

No. These are safe confidential spaces for you to listen and tune in. Sometimes people chose to share reflections and for this reason they are not recorded.

Can I cancel once booked?

Not generally. However, I recognise that unavoidable situations do arise – if that’s the case drop me a line. If for any reason I have to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given.
