Question 1

How do participate in activities such as axe throwing, golf sims, darts, and baseball sims?

Accepted Answer

Our "General Admission" ticket grants you access to the event only and does not grant additional access to the amazing activities that iCompete has to offer. In order to participate in those activities, you must purchase one of our add-on bundles listed at the bottom of the available tickets list.

Question 2

How much time is granted for me to participate in each activity?

Accepted Answer

Each add-on ticket grants 15 minutes/activity/per person. So say for example, you have a group of three (3) people and each person purchases the three (3) activity bundle, your group will now be allotted 45 minutes to complete each activity. That's a total of 135 minutes to complete all activities.

Question 3

I have a group of X, does my bundle add-on cover everyone?

Accepted Answer

Each bundle add-on covers one (1) person but the activities can be completed in groups with anyone else who has also purchased a bundle ticket. If two (2) people would like to participate in a certain activity, they must both purchase any of the bundle add-ons that are available.

Question 4

I purchased a bundle add-on, can I redeem the benefits at a later date?

Accepted Answer

No. All activities and PourMyBeer Card balances must be redeemed and completed on the night of the event. We recommend starting your activities no later than 2 hour prior to event close to ensure you have enough time to complete them.

Question 5

Can I upgrade my bundle add-on?

Accepted Answer

If you decide you would like to purchase a greater bundle add-on to cover more activities for yourself, please reach out to us at events@hagentertainment.com and we will assist you will the upgrade. Please note you will have to pay for the different in the add-on price.

Question 6

Can I downgrade / cancel my bundle add-on?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no.  As this event has a no-refund policy, once you have committed to an activity bundle it cannot be downgraded or canceled. You can, however, transfer or sell this add-on to another attendee as you wish. This is something you would have to coordinate on your own.

Question 7

What is the different between the different ticket tiers?

Accepted Answer

There is no difference between the ticket tiers regarding the benefits of attendance or access to any of the activities. The ticket tiers represent waves of ticket releases. The tickets are cheaper the earlier in advance you purchase them and are more expensive closer to the event.

Question 8

I lost my ID. Will that be a problem?

Accepted Answer

We can gladly accept a photocopy of your ID or an alternative form of ID that contains a photo and your birthdate such as a passport or temporary driver's license. Unfortunately, without any of these things, we cannot admit you to the event.

I purchased a bundle add-on, how do I select my activities?

Accepted Answer

You will select your specific activities once you arrive on-site. A staff member from iCompete will provide you with more information.
