About this event

  • 2 hours

Our mission at modelme is to help you understand your true authentic self; if you know who you are, you know what's possible for your life.

How we see ourselves can impact what we believe we are capable of, and if we see ourselves negatively, how does that affect how we turn up in our every day life?

In this body and self image workshop, we will be understanding where our sometimes false perception of ourselves comes from, and discuss how we can begin to heal from our past experiences. We will be discussing our content consumption and how the media today influences us - and what we can do to protect ourselves from having a distorted body image.

How will you be impacted? Here's what we will explore:

  1. Attaching our career to our self worth
  2. Self worth and body image
  3. Societal pressures and what influences us
  4. The impact of the content you consume
  5. Identity and self image - how do you see yourself?
