This is a 4-part virtual cooking series with CUC Culinary Instructor, Megan Jarrett of Wild Roots farm. Register for any date to be added to the class list. You will have access to all classes on the specified dates. You DO NOT have to order FoodShare to participate.
Classes will be held on Thursdays at 5:30 pm via Microsoft Teams.

To participate, you must either purchase a FoodShare box or the ingredients needed for the class. Check the FAQs to see how to order FoodShare boxes. More information on this will be sent out prior to class. If you have any questions, email megan@wildrootssc.com.
Each week, we will cook a new recipe utilizing one or more ingredients from the FoodShare boxes and discussing 2 new cooking skills. We will also cover tips for eating healthier, staying on a budget, reducing waste, cooking with kids, and more!
FoodShare boxes can be ordered from Ruth's Gleanings the week prior to class. Details will be emailed to participants upon registration. Must be ordered by Thursday afternoon the week prior to class. Information can be found here. https://ruthsgleanings.com/
No. Recipes and grocery lists will be sent out prior to class, so you have the option to purchase your ingredients on your own as well.
