Join us in celebrating Tennessee Whiskey Week with a special event in Liberty Hall!
Returning Factory favorite, Saffire Restaurant, is giving us a sneak peek of their upcoming menu via a three course meal paired with whiskey from Nashville Barrel Company and a live performance by Charles "Wigg" Walker! Saffire will serve some crowd favorites, like their Blue RIbbon Salad and Shrimp & Grits, along side new dishes featuring our state's favorite spirit! Find the full menu below.

The menu
· Ribbons of iceberg and romaine, crumbled blue cheese, spicy candied pecans, white peach vinaigrette, crispy root vegetable shards
· Shrimp and grits with bbq beurre blanc
· Espresso-rubbed brisket with cippolini and cilantro pesto
· Grilled airline chicken breast with Nashville Barrel Company bourbon sauce
· Grilled broccolini with black garlic and saffron aioli
· Roasted fingerling potatoes with herbs and garlic butter
· Bourbon peach bites with cinnamon crumble and whipped cream
