During her travels through Italy, Chef Mira enjoyed the traditional mediterranean flavors and learned from local Nona's, traditional steps to make fresh pasta and marinara sauce.Immerse yourself in the rich and delicious flavors of Italy with our hands-on Italian cooking class!Join us as we journey through the culinary traditions of Italy, learning to create homemade pastas from scratch, including flavorful noodles and pillowy gnocchi, paired with a classic marinara sauce.
