About this event

  • 9 hours

In this class, participants will review the theories of Neuromuscular Therapy, the anatomy of the muscles of the rotator cuff, as well as other muscles that affect scapular movement. Participants will identify common injuries to the rotator cuff and practice assessment and treatment protocols to help relieve pain and improve range of motion. Rotator cuff injuries are prevalent, and Licensed Massage Therapists need to be familiar with various conditions, precautions, and techniques to assess and treat clients who are suffering from this specific type of chronic pain.
