7/15 RDU Medical Swedish (Shoulders, Arms, Back) with Susan Juczak

This exciting class will focus on techniques that to address soft tissue pain in the shoulders, arms and back regions. Specific conditions such as bursitis, adhesive capsulation (frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and several back conditions will be addressed. Students review review the anatomy of these areas, learn positioning techniques, apply trigger point therapy, shoulder mobilization, fascia release and traction techniques for the shoulder. This ia an informative, hands on class designed to give you the tools and skills to help clients with shoulder and back pain.
