Join Kate Sonders Solomon and Michelle Adams in the charming upstairs private dining room at Saint George Bistro for a DIY tea party and private shopping experience to celebrate the all the moms.You'll be welcomed with Saint George's perfect little gougères and a glass of bubbly. Kate will lead the group through a selection of finger sandwiches and bites fit for a beautiful and delicious tea party. We will assemble some tea trays, add in some extra treats from Saint George, and take plenty of photos.At the end of class enjoy your creations alongside fine loose leaf tea from <a href="https://www.teagevity.com/" title="https://www.teagevity.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Teagevity</a>. She provides a relaxed, hands-on cooking experience for adults and children of all ages. Kate strongly believes that cooking fosters a healthy connection among people.Prior to teaching cooking classes, Kate worked as a cheesemaking apprentice at Sprout Creek Farm in Poughkeepsie, NY, and as a researcher on Molly O’Neill’s cookbook One Big Table. She began her culinary career post-college as a cook at Rialto Restaurant in Cambridge, MA.
