The adventure begins! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next, we'll pair four different wines with 2 chocolates* each, all handcrafted at the The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 wines, 10 chocolates total). Shopping discount at end of class. *Chocolates are gluten-free, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy. (14-person limit per class to insure everyone gets plenty of wine!)
Please cancel your reservation within 48 hours if you are unable to attend. All classes sell out, so please give others the opportunity to participate.

Seating: Guests are seated with other guests at small round tables, 4-6 to a table, 14 people maximum per class. If this arrangement doesn't work for you, please consider booking a private event (10-14 guests).
