How can I change the names on my tickets or pick up for my group?

Accepted Answer

All tickets in an order will be under the name of the original ticket purchaser. The ticket purchaser can pick up for the entire group.

Can I check in late after 10pm?

Accepted Answer

The check in window is from 7pm to 10pm. It is not possible to check in or pick up tickets after the check in closes at 10pm. It is an option to have a friend pick up your tickets early for you.

Question 3

Can I have a friend pick up my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are unable to arrive on time, it is possible to have a friend pick up your tickets for you. Please forward your email confirmation to them to present to our check in staff.

Question 4

Do I have to come in costume?

Accepted Answer

Dressing up is not mandatory but coming in costume for our Halloween bar crawl is highly encouraged!
