I found this incredibly useful and well worth the time. Mark Senzig is a thorough and knowledgeable instructor who presents complex material in a clear, grounded way. He's a great teacher, full stop. The course offers a strong blend of anatomy/kinesiology, assessment strategies, and advanced release techniques for areas that many massage therapists regularly see but may feel less confident treating in depth. I came away with a deeper understanding of these regions, as well as practical skills to apply with clients dealing with issues such as chronic neck pain, jaw tension, and postural imbalances. This is a solid investment for any massage therapist.
