This class, led by Sarah Memme, founder of WEflow Yoga, is designed to increase range of motion, enhance balance, and support in strengthening core muscle groups. Developed with mobility and strength in mind, this is the class your physiotherapist wants you to do with guided instruction and modifications.
Expect props and variations to be offered to enhance your practice and to meet you where you are in your journey each class.
