Come join me for an amazing session of beach yoga! This 60-minute flow combines dynamic Vinyasa movements with deep stretches aimed at releasing tension and enhancing mobility.This class will be held Saturday - April 13th at 9 am. This class is on the beach. We typically gather north of Belmont Park, past the lifeguard station. I suggest parking at the main lot near Belmont Park and strolling up the boardwalk to locate our spot.All you need to bring is your yoga mat or towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you've never experienced beach yoga in San Diego, you're in for a treat—it's a truly unique experience.If you're interested, secure your spot by sign up. We have limited space so don't miss out!All classes are donation based and open to the public. If you are new to the class please sign a waiver before attending @yogajourneywithjen.com
