Join us at 10:00am on Saturday, April 20th as people across the world join together to practice Tai Chi! Tai Chi &amp; Qi-Gong practices are known to increase immunity, reduce stress, and improve overall health.This is a free community event. This lesson will be taught in a way that anyone can participate - no experience necessary - all levels welcome.
