How might the element of space help us to explore and discover new ground and ways of connecting into the future while in the midst of uncertainty and confusion? This will be an embodied and experiential journey that utilizes space awareness and yoga space practices (Mudra Space Awareness) as a resource toward body, heart-mind, space synchronization, and as the means to confront the edges of our everyday experiences in service toward a new and liberated way of being.______________________________________________Parking is extremely limited - please use public transportation/car-pool/bike.This is an in-person only event, space is extremely limited.All workshops are free but if you feel called to donate we’d be grateful.
