Backpacking season is upon us! Time to start planning which trails to hike and, most importantly, what to eat! In this class, you will learn how to make a delicious banana coconut french toast when camping or backpacking, share tips, and tricks for cooking in the backcountry, and leave with recipe ideas for your next trip.<a href="https://www.instagram.com/thebackpackdietitian/" title="https://www.instagram.com/thebackpackdietitian/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Maddie French </a>is a dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor who works with clients who are interested in improving their relationships with food and their bodies.
