Should I apply online first?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is the best way to interact with the event and process. The further you are in the process the smoother your experience will be. This way, if you do not progress through to the interview step you will not have the inconvenience of traveling to the site.

Question 2

How long is the application/assessment process?

Accepted Answer

Depending on where you are in the application process the time can vary. The application can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes to complete. The assessment portion typically takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Question 3

How long is the interview?

Accepted Answer

Interviews can last from 30 minutes to an hour. If you arrive to the site at the interview step, you will be taken to the interview waiting area right away. You may have to wait up to 30 minutes for a room to be free. Waiting times may vary based on the amount of applicants.

Question 4

How long until I hear back from after the interview?

Accepted Answer

If you are selected to move forward in the process, you will be invited to return for a final interview and to meet the hiring manager.  This could happen on the spot, or the following week.  You should hear back within one weeks time at the very longest if an offer is awarded.

Question 5

Do I need to be able to speak English?

Accepted Answer

English is the common language at the Northeast Fulfillment Center and is a requirement for the position we are hiring for. Therefore, we require interviews to be conducted in English. We will make every effort to explain the interview questions in a way that make sense to ESL candidates.
