<p>Connect with the world around you through an embodied workshop led by Moody guest artists Rashaun Mitchell and Silas Riener. Drawn from the choreographers' ongoing improvisation practice and interest in transformation, this workshop employs spatial games and rhythmic prompts to expand participants' sense of attention and connection to the environment. No dance experience is required and the event is open to all. RSVP is appreciated but not required, comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.</p>
