An overnight family camp for those with kids ages 5-25 whom have disabilities

This is a pre-registration form. Filling out this form will put you and your family into the pool of those who would like to come to family camp.Filling this out does NOT guarantee you have a spot at camp.We will be making decisions based on:<ul><li>This Camp is ADA accessible and thus those with mobility challenges will be prioritized.</li><li>Those who live in Santa Cruz and surrounding counties.</li><li>Those who are aging out of camp. (camper age is 5-25).</li><li>Those who have been on the waitlist in past years</li><li>Logistics of lodging/numbers of heads on beds</li></ul>Camp is from Aug 4 (afternoon) through Aug 7 (after lunch) we require everyone to stay fot the whole duration unless a special request has been made to the director prior to camp.We will begin reviewing pre-applications April 15th, accepted families will be sent by email a welcome letter/packette by the beginning of May. We will continue to review and fill beds up until camp.
