<p>Through the eyes of children, their families, and the helping industry that has developed from the housing crisis, A Rising Tide follows the strategies of families and service providers struggling with homelessness. Enjoy selected excerpts of this award-winning, locally focused documentary on homelessness by East Bay native Cheryl Fabio, each of which will be following by a discussion on poverty and housing. The discussion will be led by a panel of leaders from government and non-profit agencies who work daily in the homeless and housing fields, talking about progress and solutions for the future.</p>
