Have some years of experience in the design industry as a professional

Any! We believe as long as you have the basic knowledge of the principles and foundation of design, you will be able to provide valuable feedback

Does my work have to be done to join?

Nope. We expect you to bring work in progress. Getting intermittent feedback on your work is the best process for a creative

Can I just come in and learn?

Of course! Feel free to get inspired by your fellow designers as long as you're willing to pitch in and provide constructive criticism.
