Standish Social Club

We talk a lot about sleep (or a lack of it) as new/expecting parents so it's time to bring in the expert. Nicole Ratcliffe has been helping families regain their sleep and improve their relationships with their children since 2017.Nicole will be answering your questions about sleep and sharing some of her story as part of this event. Singing Mamas will also be there providing a lullaby workshop. This is a national organisation set up to improve mental health in the perinatal period. On top of all this we're going to have some fun with bingo, raffle, and more. Refreshments will also be available to purchase.
