Running for office isn't the only way you can be the change you wish to see in Wyoming! The Wyoming Women’s Legislative Caucus (WyoWLC) will host the 13th annual Leap into Leadership Conference on February 18th, and 19th, 2020 in Cheyenne. During the workshops from 12:30-6pm the 18th, learn and be inspired with women from across the state about leadership, jumping into a race, grass roots campaigning and volunteerism. Throughout the day you will also hear from women that have actually run, hear their stories and be able to ask them your questions. Join us Tuesday evening for a special dinner with your state legislative leaders, community and fellow attendees. With the goal of celebrating women in our state and looking towards the future for women in Wyoming, the WyoWLC is thrilled to announce Abigail Harrison, founder of The Mars Generation as our keynote speaker. “Astronaut Abby” will be inspiring us with her incredible story of determination, innovation and how a whole generation is thriving and inspired through STEM study and dreams of space exploration. Wednesday morning we will have breakfast in the Capitol with Superintendent Balow, a special tour of the renovated Capitol building. Finally, the group will be introduced during the legislative session and be able to watch their state government in action! For full agenda, https://wyowlc.org/leap-into-leadership/Sponsorships available at info@wyowlc.org
