We use the Growth Wheel platform to guide you through the four key areas of a successful business: Business Concept, Customer Relations, Organization, and Operations. Our program equips you with the necessary tools to move beyond the pre-planning phase and launch a thriving business. Using the Growth Wheel and our business planning worksheets, we’ll guide you through the intricacies of business ownership and help you determine if your idea is ready for launch. By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid foundation for your business plan and a clear roadmap to get your venture off the ground.
