Join us for a 75-minute heated, power vinyasa flow that will empower you and challenge you.

This 75-minute class is a balance of strength and ease. Students will experience a sequence of postures that flow with breath to promote mindfulness + endurance and powerful holds to improve alignment + strength. All levels are welcome. What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, a water bottle, and a yoga mat if you have one. Don't worry if you don't have a mat – we'll have some available for you! Students will also be provided blocks for safety and support. Book now to secure your spot as space is very limited. Can't wait to see you all there! She completed her teacher training at The Well Studio in Fishtown. She wholeheartedly believes in yoga’s ability to transform your body and mind.Influenced by her background in human physiology, Devin’s sequences are athletic and invigorating with a focus on functional movement that empower students to explore and be creative in their practice.
