Learn about the research behind it and how it can benefit you.📦 Guided Activity: Exploring the Kit: Take a guided tour through the kit's contents, examining each item and reflecting on how it supports mental well-being. Engage in prompts and questions to deepen your understanding.💬 Reflection/Sharing: Come together for a post-survey and guided reflection session.
