They are a descendant of deep Gullah, Native, and Creole roots. Their work centers on ancestral demystification, archiving, healing justice, and sustainability.Their movement artistic practice integrates Creative/Culture Arts, teaching Arts Integration-Social Emotional Learning, Community Organizing, Event Planning, Curating, Coaching, Energy Healing, Dancing, Documenting/Archiving, Gardening, Cooking, Root Medicine, Travel &amp; Nature Photography, Digital Design, Creative Entrepreneurship and more.Their wholistic sacred work manifests through integrating extensive creative-based healing modalities that initiate socio-political awareness and uproots colonized frameworks and systems. These modalities support self and collective awareness through replanting and uplifting roots towards empowerment, wellness, global sovereignty, arts activism, social integration, and the accessibility of creative education as a key to liberation and social-emotional understanding.Jaee is an artist with a richly diverse six-year teaching background working with all ages in traditional and nontraditional educational environments within and beyond the U.S., including Asé O.
