ACS is campaigning to create 25,000 Dementia Friends across the convenience sector as part of its 25th-anniversary.

This Understanding Your Customers with Dementia training session will teach:-	The signs of dementia-	How the physical effects of dementia can affect a person&#x27;s behaviour and responses to everyday situations-	How to identify and effectively support customers who may be affected by dementiaThe training is suitable for all convenience retail colleagues. By attending you will become a registered Dementia Friend and gain a badge to demonstrate your understanding to customers and colleagues.
