IndigenousWays is driven by social issues, our events are sometimes rehearsed and often spontaneous. News of our virtual events, festivals, and concerts spreads through social networks and by word of mouth; bringing local and global artists into our circle.

Santa Fe Railyard Park

June is Indigenous PRIDE in The Park! Taking the main stage, <a href="http://mimigonzalez.com/" title="http://mimigonzalez.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mimi Gonzalez</a>, is a life affirming force with her favorite triggers: bi-sexuality, identity politics and real liberation. Mimi’s mantra -“laughter is the best medicine,” is quick witted with a Pisces, lesbian and feminist flare. Closing the evening is local diverse band, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/unamasnm/" title="https://www.facebook.com/unamasnm/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Una Mas y La Cha Cha</a> with their Chicano funk and eclectic spin on things.

BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair) and plan on participating in a variety of workshops for all that will include, WiseFool, hands-on puppet making, traditional drumming, face-painting, and a collage workshop. We also have Indigenous inspired food trucks, artists, and advocacy booths. Event is free and family friendly.Note: ASL interpreters on site.
