From Blueprint to Practice - July 8, 2024

Join Amanda Hayes and Jeff Harker as we pull back the layers on the new Algebra 2 Standards to reveal new language, nuances in pedagogy, and changes in student expectations.  Time will be devoted to exploring the Standards, looking at updates in prior knowledge, and mapping for the 24-25 school year.

What to Expect:

This workshop is offered two different times, July 8, 9a-12p EST, and July 18, 9a-12p EST. Participants need only attend ONE of the workshops.

In this workshop participants will gain a deeper understanding of the Algebra 2 Standards and what prior knowledge students will begin coming with given current changes in the Algebra 1 Standards. They will also leave with a detailed plan for mapping the 24-25 school year.
