Aggy is a GP with personal and professional interest in women's health, Primary Care lead for Greater Manchester Dermatology and a fitness coach for The Six Pack Revolution. We are delighted to have her present at Mastering the Menopause in Prestwich.

An Introduction to Perimenopause & Menopause

Shelley is the Wellness Service Manager for Live Well Bury and will be joined by Menopause Support Coach Jane Straccia to talk about which lifestyle behaviours will ensure you are the strongest and fittest you can be through menopause. Live Well Bury provide menopause support across the full spectrum - providing education to empower women to make the right decisions for their body. Coaching women to understand menopause, understand which are the symptoms of menopause and which are lifestyle.

Shelley is fully qualified in personal training, exercise referral and nutrition.

Menopause: Lifestyle & Wellness

Zoe is a GP with a Specialist Interest in Menopause Care. Following extensive training she holds the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care from the British Menopause Society. Zoe qualified from the University of Birmingham in 1996 and went on to train as a GP. She has always had an interest in women's health and particularly those who do not feel seen or heard.
After 20 years in General Practice she decided to specialise in menopause care and established 'Manchester Menopause Hive Ltd' a few years later. The aim of the clinic is to provide personalised, evidence-based care and listening ears. 
Zoe will be busting some of the common myths around HRT at the event and will be available to answer your burning questions.

Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Many women suffer in silence, often for years and may never discuss or go to see anyone about it. If they are not ready to take the step to see a Specialist face to face then let us give them the understanding, education and advice this great programme offers. Not only have I been an Olympic athlete and have a Bronze medal obtained at Barcelona Olympics 1992 I am now training to compete in Masters Powerlifting. www.wrightapproach.co.uk

San is a specialist in the treatment of multiple skin conditions, including acne, pigmentation, ageing, rosacea and eczema.

San will talk about Menopause regarding the lack of understanding of the changes in skin and the treatments available.
