Youth empowerment education, Community Organization. The ANEWAY youth program, run by the El Cantare Foundation, is an excellent way for teens to find empowerment. The program offers guidance and support from experienced mentors who are professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders. They share valuable insights and personal experiences and offer encouragement to help young people build self-confidence. This non-profit program is free and provides opportunities to young people in need.

<p>El Cantare Foundation will host “Mental Health Action Day, Self-Care Workshop” at Gresham Park Christian Church in Atlanta on May 11, 2024, at noon, providing practical ways to cope with mental health challenges for teens, young adults, and their parents, including a 90-minute meditation lesson. We will livestream the virtual event on Facebook Live on 11th and 16th for Mental Health Action Day! During the workshop, we will discuss active mindfulness techniques step-by-step and encourage participants to engage in a participatory talk format to increase their interest in themselves and those around them. Our certified meditation teacher will be available to offer mindfulness mentorship to all attendees. We are excited to have you join us for this important event!</p>
