Vinyasa flow classes are a series of postures that flow seamlessly one into the next with some space for longer holds. We will explore the ease of strength, flexibility and balance, as we practice being present both in movement and in stillness. Suitable for all levels, students will leave feeling uplifted, strong and connected.

For sculpt & flow classes, we use only gravity and your body weight to power your movement as we focus on challenging the muscles in new ways and lengthening, balancing and fortifying from the outside in. All levels welcome.

This class/event might take place in our covered outdoor garden that's equipped with space heaters and blankets, please dress accordingly. Events will take place rain or shine!

ABOUT JANINE

Teaching a breath-based Vinyasa style flow, Janine was drawn to yoga for its ability to calm the mind and strengthen the body. She brings a playful and supportive energy to her classes and weaves together flowing movement, healthy alignment, mindfulness, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help students cultivate a connection with body, mind and breath. Janine completed her Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr training at Yandara Institute.
