ABOUT JANINE
Teaching a breath-based Vinyasa style flow, Janine was drawn to yoga for its ability to calm the mind and strengthen the body. She brings a playful and supportive energy to her classes and weaves together flowing movement, healthy alignment, mindfulness, and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help students cultivate a connection with body, mind and breath. Janine completed her Yoga Alliance accredited 200hr training at Yandara Institute.
