 张利平博士是专利策略，分析和搜索方面的专家。张博士毕业于清华
大学，是清华和 MIT 联合培养的经济学哲学博士。张博士目前任职于 Dolcera, 长期担任中国区总经理，当年单枪匹马回到北京，从零开始迅猛地 开拓了 Dolcera 在中国的业务。目前回到总部, 为业务发展总监。Dolcera 总 部位于美国硅谷，是一家提供 IP 战略、市场研究和知识管理系统解决方案 的商业信息服务商。主题介绍：众所周知，专利对一家科技公司的技术保护和研发回报至关重要，为此需要采取相关的专利策略。在此讲座中，张博士会介绍科技公司在各个阶段应该采取的不同专利策略，并会用一些例子来解释这些策略。​
