JOIN THE TASTER CLASSES HOSTED BY YOGA MOVEMENT
Join us for a rejuvenating day of yoga classes tailored to suit your needs. Immerse yourself in our "Breathe and Flow" session, perfect for easing stiff muscles and improving flexibility. Led by experienced instructors, this beginner-friendly class focuses on alignment, breath, and gentle movement sequences to enhance mobility.
Indulge in our "Stretch and Reset" class, designed to soothe sore muscles and provide deep stretching in a relaxed atmosphere. On May 26th, kickstart your day with our "Slow Vinyasa Flow", offering a rejuvenating blend of gentle flows and challenging postures.
Join us for "Grounding and Balancing", where you'll refine your yoga postures, strengthen your body, and gain better body awareness through static postures and alignment cues. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, there's something for everyone to enjoy at our taster classes.
Mats will be provided. For hygiene purposes, please bring your own mat, towels, and water bottles. Optional items include cushions, yoga blocks and eye pillows.
