Immerse yourself in tranquility at our enchanting Community Sound Bath and Meditation, a soul-soothing journey designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Join us for a transformative experience that combines the healing power of sound with the serenity of meditation, creating a space for profound relaxation and inner harmony. <ul><li>Sound Bath Meditation: Guided by Makenzie, experience the therapeutic resonance of crystal bowls, and other harmonic instruments. Let the gentle waves of sound wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm.</li><li>Meditation Session: Connect with your inner self through guided meditation, allowing your mind to find stillness. Discover a renewed sense of balance and clarity as you explore the depths of your own consciousness.</li><li>Guided Journaling Time: After the meditaion and sound bath, you will be given the opportunity to reflect and journal. Paper, pens, and clipboards will be provided but if you have your own journal then please bring it if you'd like.</li><li>Community Tea Time: Following the meditation, you are invited to join our optional community tea time. Sip on the soothing and delicious blends of Maggies Healing Path tea, specially curated to enhance your well-being. This provides an opportunity to share experiences, connect with like-minded individuals, and build a sense of community.</li></ul> <ul><li>Cost: Minimum $15 donation required for all attendees</li><li>Attire: Comfortable clothing recommended</li><li>Props: All meditation props provided</li></ul>
