If your main resolutions for New Year is weight loss. This event is structured to teach you concepts and Tai Chi exercises which will help you to achieve your goal. This is open to all ages. Tai Chi is a great way to exercise, but also help to calm the mind and alleviate stress. Reducing stress is a very important attribute that must be addressed when you are focusing to loose weight. The exercises are considered as low impact, but because of the use of the whole body being engaged it can burn off more calories. Dr. Robert Murphy D.O.M., Dipl. of O.M. will be teaching this event. He has been teaching Tai Chi for over 20 years and practicing Oriental Medicine for over 10 years. The combination of the two fields has helped to give him a better understanding of what can be done to create a healthier life.
