This sound bath gives you the unique opportunity to float in an aerial hammock while soaking in the beautiful sounds of the instruments.

JOIN US FOR OUR MONTHLY FLOATING SOUND BATH! $55 per person, space is limited We are thrilled to continue collaborating with Love at First Flight, an Aerial Yoga Studio in Clovis, CA to bring you this aerial sound bath experience!What will we do? We will begin by guiding you through the basics of how to safely get inside the aerial hammock and all the information you'll need to know to feel safe and, of course, comfortable. Then, we will guide you through some simple breath work, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath while you float. Even if you are a beginner or have never been to a Sound Bath OR done Aerial Yoga, this is for YOU. We will not be maneuvering in the aerial hammocks and you only need the physical ability to get inside the hammock. There will be a yoga mat available for each participant to use in case you change your mind at any point, and would prefer to be on the ground. *The hammock may increase dizziness or motion sickness for anyone who has vertigo or sensitivity to motion. If this is the case, you are welcome to use a yoga mat.What is a sound bath? The sound bath component of this experience will envelop you in a symphony of healing vibrations. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments will create an experience that resonates with the deepest layers of your being. The vibrations will flow through the hammock, enveloping you in a cocoon of soothing sounds, promoting relaxation, guiding you toward a profound sense of inner peace.What do I bring or wear? You can plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible, and bring blankets, pillows, socks...whatever you may need to get cozy (please avoid zippers or jewelry to protect the hammocks). Your only job will be to lay down and relax!Am I too heavy for the hammock? Do I need to know how to do aerial yoga? No to both! The hammocks hold over 2,000 lbs. And we will instruct you on entering and exiting the hammock, no need for any prior experience!PLEASE NOTE: It is not recommended to eat within 90 minutes of the sound bath start time, as you will sway a little in the hammock and the motion does not always work well on a full stomach! We create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for ALL. Bring a friend! *Our events are inclusive of ALL gender, race, sexuality, and abilities.
