9th Tri-national Symposium: Celebrating the Sonoran Desert
The Tri-national Sonoran Symposium was established to increase understanding of the natural and cultural resources of the Sonoran Desert.
To Register, click the Orange GET TICKETS button at the top right and select the"Full Conference" ticket. This registration will give you access to all symposium sessions and meals aside from the evening dinners. If you are unable to attend the entire symposium, there are also single day ticket options for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday that will go live in February 2026 (not available during the early bird registration). We will circulate a notice once the field trip add-ons go live later this fall.
On Tuesday, March 10th, there will be a separately ticketed dinner at the Sonoran Desert Inn & Conference Center followed by a dance performance at the Curley School Auditoirum and the opening of the Cabeza Prieta Natural History Association Annual Photo Show in the Ajo Plaza. On Wednesday, March 11th, there will be a separately ticketed dinner at Crater Range on the Barry M Goldwater Range. If you would like to attend either dinner, you are invited to purchase that ticket as an add-on.

The planning committee has worked very hard to keep this event reasonably priced, but we understand that cost may still be a hindrance for some. There are a limited number of Symposium scholarships available. To apply for one, please complete the online application form: Symposium Scholarship Application
