Our goal is to pack out Ting Stadium! We can fit 100 people on the field.

Do I have to register for class?

No, registration will be at the front entrance at the Stadium entrance. You must wear a purple wrist band to do classes.

What if I'm new to exercise?

Exercise at your own pace? Instructors will provide modifications, do what you can and what you are able to. Listen to your body.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event! If it does rain we will move the festival in the stadium
