Based in Pasadena, CA, Armory Center for the Arts is a nonprofit, contemporary visual art center whose mission is to nurture our community and its young people by creating, learning, and presenting art to advance equity and social justice.

Students will explore some common pollinators like bees as they apply different drawing and painting techniques.

For Ages 7 to 9 –Pollinators are essential for life on earth. Students will explore some common pollinators like bees and some unexpected ones like slugs and bats as they practice and apply different drawing and painting techniques. We will also look at examples of pollination by humans to create new species, such as with orchids! Expand your skills as an artist and create unique paintings inspired by the natural world around us. All supplies are provided and included in the price of the class.
