Will I be sleeping with a pet?

If you have purchased a spot in a show room or lobby/conference area, a shelter pet will be visiting with you overnight .

How old do you have to be to participate?

You must be 18 years old or older to participate.

Question 3

Are meals provided?

PCAS will provide dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Question 4

Can I bring my own food?

Yes!  Fridges and microwaves are available for use.

Question 5

Where can I charge my devices?

Accepted Answer

Charging stations will be available. Portable chargers are recommended.

Will there be activities?

Yes! PCAS will have activities planned for you to enjoy throughout the evening.

Question 7

Can I walk around the entire shelter all night?

Accepted Answer

No. Areas will be marked as staff only to keep all participants and animals safe.

Question 8

Is it loud?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PCAS is a fully operational animal shelter with roughly 50 cats and 150 dogs on property at any given time. There will be times in which areas will be very loud or there may be animal odors. Earplugs will be provided to all participants for use when needed.

Question 9

Can we stay up all night?

Accepted Answer

You can choose to stay awake all night if you please. However, PCAS will be implementing a "lights out" time of 10pm to allow participants and animals to rest.
