Wednesday 24 April: The Healing Palette - Art Therapy's Role in Nurturing Mental Health and Archetypal ExplorationWith Charlotte Scholey and Lotte van KouwenThis talk will investigate the importance of creativity in exploring your sense of self. Using symbols, characters, poetry and the arts. We are investigating how the creative arts can be used to support mental health and self exploration. With the rising recognition in neurodiversity, we are also addressing how the arts may aid in communication and expression to those who present with neurodiverse symptoms. Expect connecting, art materials, a lot of play, and a lot of making!
